Locomotive Collision Test Bench

Main Purpose:

Collision testing is an experiment used to evaluate the impact resistance strength of transport packaging against repeated mechanical collisions during transit and its ability to protect the contents. It can be conducted as a standalone test or as part of a series of tests to assess changes in the vehicle's structure after a collision and its capacity to protect occupants inside.

Technical Parameters:

1) Temperature: -5°C to +50°C.

2) Humidity: ≤95% RH

3) Atmospheric Pressure: 100±0.5 kPa.

4) Air Filter Intake Purification: Control of air filter intake pressure, humidity, and temperature within the range of 50 m³/h to 10,000 m³/h.

5) Simulated Collision Speed: <180 km/h
